Amendments to Climate Change (Northern Ireland) Act 2022
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to outline whether he has had any discussions with Executive colleagues regarding potential amendments to the Climate Change (Northern Ireland) Act 2022 and whether he accepts that current climate legislation must not become a barrier to the delivery of major strategic infrastructure projects in Northern Ireland.
