Home Heating Oil Support Scheme
To ask the Minister for Communities why a person in receipt of Disability Living Allowance, whose normal residence is an oil-heated home, can be excluded from the Home Heating Oil Support Scheme because serious illness required them to be a hospital inpatient during a qualifying period.
