Failure to Observe the Pledge of Office
That this Assembly notes that the Pledge of Office requires Ministers of the Northern Ireland Assembly to support the rule of law unequivocally in word and deed and to support all efforts to uphold it; and consequently believes that the positions of the First Minister and the Minister of Finance are now untenable following their involvement in the illegal protest on the Garvaghy Road.
