Ministerial Correspondence on PAR Report
The Deputy Chairperson (Mr Lynch): The correspondence tabled at this meeting was received at 4.26 pm on Friday. We have received legal advice from Legal Services. Are members content that we write to the Minister stating that the Committee requires the project assessment review (PAR) report by 1.00 pm on 23 March 2015?
Members indicated assent.
The Deputy Chairperson (Mr Lynch): Are members content that, should the Minister not comply with the notice by that time, the matter will be referred to the Public Prosecution Service for consideration by the Director of Public Prosecutions?
