The Chairperson (Mr Clarke): I remind members that, due to the Committee being inquorate at the meeting of 4 November 2015, the Water and Sewerage Services Bill draft amendments allowing sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) to be included in the Bill were rescheduled. Amendments have been provided by the Bill Office and by Daniel Greenberg, a barrister specialising in legislation, and the Department's proposed amendments. Daniel Greenberg has advised in his tabled response that the Committee may wish to accept the amendments proposed by the Department. Are members content with the Bill Office amendments and the Department's amendments, as previously discussed?

The Chairperson (Mr Clarke): The Committee will formally conduct the clause-by-clause scrutiny of the Bill at the meeting scheduled for 18 November.
