The Chairperson (Mr Clarke): The Committee will now agree the final report on the Committee Stage of the Water and Sewerage Services Bill. We will go through the report starting with "Powers and Membership" and will return to the "Executive Summary" and the "Summary of Recommendations" at the end. I propose to group the paragraphs and sections, where appropriate, and put the Question on each group. Are members content with that approach?
