The Chairperson (Dr Archibald): A Hansard report of the meeting of 2 March is at page 424 of members' packs. The draft report on the Employment (Zero Hours Workers and Banded Weekly Working Hours) Bill is at page 4 of members' tabled papers. A Hansard report of the Research and Information Service (RaISe) briefing of 9 March is at page 44 of members' tabled papers.

The Committee will now consider a draft Committee report on the Bill. I advise members that the page numbers that are referred to may change due to reformatting.

I refer members to the title page, the table of contents and the section on Committee powers and membership at pages 4 to 8 of their tabled papers. Are members content with those, as drafted?

The Chairperson (Dr Archibald): I refer members to the executive summary in paragraphs 1 to 17 at pages 9 to 11 of their tabled papers. Are members content with those, as drafted?

The Chairperson (Dr Archibald): I refer members to the report introduction and the Committee's approach in paragraphs 18 to 41 at pages 12 to 16 of their tabled papers. Are members content with those?

The Chairperson (Dr Archibald): The Committee's consideration of the Bill is in paragraphs 42 to 139 at pages 17 to 33 of their tabled papers. Are members content with those?

The Chairperson (Dr Archibald): The content on the Committee's clause-by-clause consideration of the Bill is at page 37 of members' tabled papers. Are members content with that? The Committee agreed to reserve its position and, therefore, did not undertake a clause-by-clause consideration of the Bill.

The Chairperson (Dr Archibald): Appendices 1 to 7 are at pages 38 to 43 of the tabled papers. Are members content with those?

The Committee Clerk: Chair, we will retrofit all the links. That is just the way that it has to be done. We put it into the system for uploading and sending out. Those will all be there, and members will get a "first" final draft of the report.
