‘that the parties taking their seats in Westminster opposed the passage of the Welfare Reform Bill; further notes that the principle of parity means that retaining Westminster funding for welfare in Northern Ireland is based on implementation of similar social security legislation; and calls for the deadlock over welfare reform to be resolved as soon as possible.’
