Motion Amendment TextLeave out all after ‘Groups’ and insert: ‘and the publication of an Executive Action Plan; and calls on the First Minister and deputy First Minister and the Minister of Justice to ensure the full and robust implementation of all forty-three recommendations in a manner that aligns resources with needs, is prompt and innovative, engages and empowers communities, builds unequivocal commitment to the rule of law, supports transition, tackles criminality and that addresses the systemic issues that perpetuate paramilitarism, criminality and organised crime.’
