To ask the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment whether he will honour the commitments given by his Department in its letter dated 29 March 2011, and by the then Minister to the media on 16 February 2011, by instructing the Joint Supervisors of the Presbyterian Mutual Society that the £25 million contribution by Westminster does not have to be repaid and accordingly should not be treated as a loan or liability in the accounts of the Society.
