14-22 March 2023: I visited Washington DC to participate in an academic conference hosted at American University in association with Georgetown University and Ulster University. The costs of return flights from Dublin to Dulles International Airport (costing £534.20) and three nights’ accommodation at the Glover Park Hotel Georgetown (costing approximately £433) were met by American University. 24-26 September 2023: I travelled to Boston to participate in a political panel of Northern Ireland parties during the Good Friday Agreement 25th Anninversary, which was held at the Edward Kennedy Institute. 23-30 October 2025: I visited Israel on a fact-finding tour which included visiting Israeli Jews, Christians, Muslims, Druze and others, meeting members of civil and political society (including government and opposition MK's) and being briefed by eyewitnesses to the murderous terrorist attacks by Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran and the Houthi's.
