To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, in light of the December 2025 Comptroller and Auditor General’s (C&AG) Report on Financial Audit Findings 2025 – Central Government, where his Department's accounts where qualified in respect to the discrepancy between the provision his Department made of £495,000 on the Mobuoy illegal dump, while the quantum of the provision is in the region of £107 million, to detail (i) on what grounds did his Accounting Officer make the recommendation to the treatment of the sum in the departmental accounts; (ii) on what grounds did he agree to this treatment of the accounts, in light of the C&AG views; and (iii) on whose advice did he rely on in making this decision.

To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail (i) any direction she has given to Invest NI on investment decisions on the Peoples Republic of China, in light of the United Nations Human Rights 2022 report on its assessment of human rights concerns in the
Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and also by the US Department of State in its China 2024 Human Rights Report, which reported genocide and crimes against humanity occurred during the year in China against predominantly Muslim Uyghurs and members of other ethnic and religious minority groups in Xinjiang, both of which have received international credence on genocide; and (ii) her assessment on whether there is any difference in her approach to the Peoples Republic of China and Israel.
