To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, in relation to the Loughs Agency vessel that recently sank, to detail (i) the works that were carried out since the Loughs Agency took delivery of the vessel, including maintenance, modifications, fitting of equipment to the hull, fitting equipment elsewhere; (ii) what each of the works consisted of; (iii) whether any of the work impacted the stability or watertight integrity of the vessel; (iv) whether the works were completed by a competent and qualified person or persons; and (v) who oversaw the works on behalf of the Loughs Agency and were they qualified to sign-off on them.
